By availing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We provide:
- Custom Web & Mobile App Development
- Software Development (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Digital Marketing & IT Consulting Services
Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Any delay from the client side (like content, approvals) may affect the final delivery.
- 50% advance is required before project initiation.
- Remaining 50% upon final delivery.
- No refunds once the project has started.
- All payments must be made via approved methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.)
We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be charged as per our standard rate.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely content.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables on time.
- Respecting agreed communication timelines.
We retain ownership of all code/designs until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
All project data and client information will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.
We provide 1-month free technical support after project delivery. Ongoing maintenance/support can be arranged separately.
Either party can terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice. In case of termination, partial work done will be chargeable.
VD Elevate Tech Solutions will not be liable for:
- Any data loss not caused by us
- External server or third-party software failures
- Delays due to unforeseen technical issues or natural calamities
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bhopal (M.P.) courts only.
