Custom Billing & Stock Management Software
This custom billing and stock management software was developed specifically for Harivansh Katre, a client based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The software offers a comprehensive solution for managing inventory, creating GST and non-GST invoices, tracking sales and purchases, and generating profit/loss reports.
The application includes role-based admin login, real-time stock tracking, PDF invoice generation, email integration for sending invoices to customers and CAs, and a detailed dashboard for monthly and yearly reports. It is designed with an easy-to-use interface and supports printing and cloud data backup.
The challenge of project
The client needed an all-in-one desktop web application for managing a product business involving CCTV cameras, bank lockers, and other security equipment. A key challenge was enabling both GST and non-GST billing formats, real-time profit analytics, and automatic emailing of invoices — all while keeping the interface simple for day-to-day use.
